Item faulty or not as described online?
First off, we're really sorry if this is the case. We'll sort this out as quickly as we can and collect it from you at a time suitable for you. Please just fill in the short returns form and one of our team will be in touch soon to arrange a collection at no expense to you.
Item not what you hoped or you've changed your mind?
We know how it is sometimes, you pick the item wait for it to arrive and then find it's just not right for you - well not to worry. After you've received your order just get in touch with us here within 14 days of receiving your item. When your return is accepted you can send your item back to us and we'll refund or exchange based on your request including your initial delivery costs.
All items including ex-display stock and ex-repair goods (but excluding wearable parts) are guaranteed for a full 12 months from when you receive them. We can't guarantee against misuse of the item such as drops, excessive noise, liquid damage etc. We also cannot guarantee for loss of data stored on any form of writeable/rewriteable media or hard drive storage devices, dead pixels of an amount that is not covered by the manufacturer specifications of normal wear and tear. Please note that if repairs are carried out to the item other than by ourselves or agents we provide our guarantee can't apply. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights of course. After the guarantee has expired we will still endeavour to help with any servicing your equipment may require and always try to help as best we can.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We use 128 Bit Extended Validation SSL Security (the same level as that used by Banks). On our secure pages such as on the checkout you can see the 'green bar' in your address bar area. If you click on it you will be given more information about WAE+.

When you place an order or access your account information at WAE+, it's carried out using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method; your details are encrypted before the information goes from your computer to ours.
When our site is connecting to you securely you'll see a little padlock symbol in your browser - this means that your details are totally safe and protected from anyone trying to get hold of them - only WAE+ can see them and we only use your data to process your order. (Occasionally some browsers don't have this padlock symbol; if the address of the web page starts with https, this also confirms you're secure as well as our green bar in the address bar). This method is the recognised standard for secure transactions.
We have never had any problems with our website's security. However, if you're still wary, you can call our friendly Customer Services Team.
