Milton Method, instructions: For baby bottles and utensils, add 1/2 capful (15ml) of Milton Fluid for every 2.5 litres of water (dilution at 0.6% V/V). Wash bottles and utensils before immersing items in the solution. They are disinfected and ready to use after 15 minutes. It is not necessary to rinse. Renew the solution after 24 hours. Follow the same method to disinfect fruit, salads and vegetables. Rinse with plenty of water after soaking for 15 minutes in the solution. For kitchen surfaces dilute 6 half caps (6 x 15ml) of Milton Fluid in 5 litres of water (dilution 1.8% V/V). Surfaces are disinfected after 15 minutes. It is not necessary to rinse. Warnings: Keep away from children. In case of contact with the eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water and see a doctor. If swallowed see a doctor immediately and show him the packaging or label. Do not use in combination with other products as toxic gases may be released (chlorine). Take care not to splash as solution may discolour fabrics. Avoid contact with metal. Store away from heat.

First off, we're really sorry if this is the case. We'll sort this out as quickly as we can and collect it from you at a time suitable for you. Please just fill in the short returns form and one of our team will be in touch soon to arrange a collection at no expense to you.
Item not what you hoped or you've changed your mind?
We know how it is sometimes, you pick the item wait for it to arrive and then find it's just not right for you - well not to worry. After you've received your order just get in touch with us here within 14 days of receiving your item. When your return is accepted you can send your item back to us and we'll refund or exchange based on your request including your initial delivery costs.
All items including ex-display stock and ex-repair goods (but excluding wearable parts) are guaranteed for a full 12 months from when you receive them. We can't guarantee against misuse of the item such as drops, excessive noise, liquid damage etc. We also cannot guarantee for loss of data stored on any form of writeable/rewriteable media or hard drive storage devices, dead pixels of an amount that is not covered by the manufacturer specifications of normal wear and tear. Please note that if repairs are carried out to the item other than by ourselves or agents we provide our guarantee can't apply. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights of course. After the guarantee has expired we will still endeavour to help with any servicing your equipment may require and always try to help as best we can.
